    Founded Stayza, a student hostel discovery platform, and led product development, engineering, hiring, quality assurance, and business operations from concept to launch.

    • Built and launched the platform from the ground up, including frontend development, backend integration, and production deployment.
    • Implemented core features such as hostel listings, user authentication, role-based access, verification workflows, and an admin dashboard.
    • Managed recruitment by reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, onboarding interns, and coordinating team activities.
