- Built and shipped the full stack — React, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL — including auth, listings, CNIC verification, and an admin dashboard.
- Screened 50+ applications and interviewed and onboarded a 10-person intern team across engineering, QA, and growth.
- Led QA audits and customer discovery calls that directly shaped pre-launch product decisions.
